a Workgroup "audit"
Prime Minister launched a national audit on accommodation which is available at the departmental level (circular of May 29, 2008 ). Parallel to this process more quantitative, the network "Nobody out! "Proposes the implementation of audit quality on question of mechanisms for emergency shelter.

Process: Through you, 2 professional photographers meet a dozen amateur photographers who will illustrate by means of their daily disposable cameras. We
want and identify a dozen amateur photographers (those in isolated and / or families) with different issues in relation to housing (homeless denying emergency shelter, people living in squats or on vacant lots, people hosting Emergency regularly delivered to the street ...).
Professional photographers are committed to quality follow-up with them throughout the work (June-September). Several appointment will be organized and delivered with a camera, developing a contact sheet, selection of photos, giving a second device, and so on ...).

The result of this work will consist of an exhibition, a booklet and a projection. The action will educate the general public and policy makers. It will not be pessimistic and will offer a total freedom of expression for people involved in the project.
