The repair list rental is a document that your landlord must give you at the inventory entry. In this list you will find all the things you have to change it at your location. In other words, everything that is not your landlord. Furnished for this list is even more important.
A hole in a wall? A bulb that slap? Leaky faucets? What needs to change?

list of repairs in the nature of rental repairs.
I. - External Parties which the tenant has exclusive use.
a) Private gardens:
Routine maintenance, including driveways, lawns, borders, ponds and pools, size, pruning, trimming trees and shrubs, shrubs Replacement, repair and replacement of facilities Mobile watering.
b) Awnings, canopies and terraces: Removal of moss and other plants.
c) downspouts, gutters and eaves: Disgorging ducts.
II. - Interior and exterior openings.

c) cupboards and woodwork such as baseboards, moldings and chopsticks: Replacing closet shelves and cleats and repair of their closure; attachment fittings and joinery replacement tips.
IV. - Plumbing.
a) Water Pipes: Disgorging: Replacing including joints and clamps.
b) gas pipelines: Servicing of valves, traps and vents; periodic replacement of connecting hoses.
c) Septic tanks, cesspools and cesspits: Draining.
d) Heating, hot water and taps: Replacing pullers, piston, membranes, water boxes, piezo-electric valves and joints of gas appliances, cleaning and flushing radiators and piping, replacement joints, valves and valve glands; Replacement of seals, and float bells attached toilet flushing.
e) Sinks and fixtures: Clean lime deposits, replacement of hoses for showers.
V. - Supplies of electricity installations.
Replacement of switches, sockets, circuit breakers and fuses, bulbs, light tubes, repair or replacement of rods or protective sheaths. VI. - Other equipment mentioned in the lease.
a) Routine maintenance and minor repairs of appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines and clothes washer, dryer, range hoods, water softeners, solar collectors, heat pumps, air conditioning units, individual antennas radio and television stands, seals, fireplaces, windows and mirrors;
b) Petty repairs necessitated by the removal of the beads;
c) lubrication and replacement of seals drains;
d) Sweeping of exhaust ducts from fume and gases and ventilation ducts.
