Here you have 3 solutions the first two are classics, apartment or hotel, the third being the bed and breakfast.
For Hotels are on the best in my opinion is the Torg are, it is centrally located station, it was 200m to go to find the lifts. It also has the huge advantage of being the cheapest hotel in the resort. This hotel is only open from midsummer or on 27 June. Night over the summer period costing 220SEK, or may near 23rd night / pers. The hotel has a perfect spot to work on the bikes which is a plus, many people recommend it here. Their site
The alternative is to find an apartment, rent week, similar to that found in France. Two agencies were advised me:

Now talking about Bed and Breakfast. Much the specificity of the Scandinavian countries, for simple people (often retired) rent rooms in houses. It can therefore be left with completely unknown roommates who live in the same house, using the same kitchen, bathroom etc..

For my part I am in a very small family bed and breakfast, I am quite alone for now and the price is really low compared to what you can find. I pay right now about the 85th week, believe me here is very low. By cons no workshop to repair your bike, but a beautiful terrace overlooking the lake seen in Åre! It is a bit eccentric but hey we can not have everything eh!
