The student housing in Strasbourg: review!

AFGE (Federal Association of General Strasbourg students) has published Sept. 17, forcing academic year, a very mixed record on student housing.
Indeed, while Strasbourg, European capital each year welcomes more than 60,000 students among its members, only 5,704 beds are available through the Studentenwerk (regional center of educational and academic works). Students then engaged in a quest to find a thank you without decent housing, economic and near their school or their college.
Some of these students come from other regions or other countries, which does not facilitate their development in the city.
The solution to all these students? Resort to offer private rental. However, this research is often long and not necessarily met their expectations. 17% of students say they are not tenants or unhappy with their current housing. The reasons? The price, size or unhealthiness of certain goods. Moreover, nearly 40% of students must work at least 18 hours a week to be able to fund their apartment. Given the level of knowledge required by universities and schools, this work required is often synonymous school failure.
Today PIED'A EARTH has many apartments ready to live at reasonable prices and with surfaces and decent benefits.
This solution enables students to avoid having to fully furnish a home, something that can quickly be very expensive. In addition, PIED'A EARTH is able to rent a property to a student solely on the academic year if they wish, which assures him he can leave the home without notice in case of change of direction or of traineeship in another city.
